Automation options – General overview
Our universal concept for Process Development:
1 to max. 6 Reactors connected to a single PC
Each Reactor controllable individually and independently
Reactors can be synchronised to create a multi-step unit
Reactor Capacities: from 70 ml to 100 l and bigger
Manual Control or Recipe Control - with an option for manual intervention at any time.  This is most important for development work.
Standard Functions
Jacket or Reactor control, Stirrer Control, Gravimetric Dosing
Data capture and automatic laboratory journal
Alarm file and remote control option
Flexibility
pH Control, single sided in Standard version (Acid or Base)
Pressure Reactors - Glass or Metal (SS/Hastelloy)
Pressure Measurement and Control (Press-Vent-Vac)
Automatic boiling point detection and Distillation

Isothermal Heat Flow Calorimetry, On-line Analysis with midIR FTIR, Lasentec, Turbidity etc.

Temperature Ranges
-80°C .... +280°C, depending on model and Thermostat

For FlexyLab and Hydrogenations a single Thermostat (or cooling water) can be utilised
